hey I'm in need of requesting a picture to be done following guidelines but i'm not sure if that is allowed i think in the rules it says it isn't but i just need some clarification, is it okay to ask someone to create a Title for let's say a fan fic?

 

When I mean "Title" I mean a design, i already have a name for it just need a fancy design for it

omg, when you look at a cover for a movie and it has the movie title done in some graphic way do you say, "Man i love the logo of this movie" obviousely i'm getting no where slowly based off the great replies i've gotten lock
