Yes, this is a bit overpowered, but here's the effect. Sorry if there are any errors, I made it in like 3 minutes.
NOTE: I AM AWARE THIS IS NOT THE REAL EFFECT OF THIS CARD. I TRIED TO MAKE THIS CARD NOT SO OVERPOWERED.

Effect: The activation of this card cannot be negated. All monsters on your side of the field are treated as DARK monsters. If there is a Spell Card or Trap Card in the same zone as a monster on your side of the field, it cannot be selected as an attack target. All DARK monsters gain 300 ATK and have their DEF reduced to 0. If this card is removed from the field, destroy all cards on your side of the field and take damage equal to the combined ATK of all monsters destroyed.

Pretty good. But "The Seal of Orichalcos" is already a real card. Believe it or not. It was passed out to the workers at Yu-Gi-Oh! as a real card. But was not released to the public since it was overpowering. So don't put cards like that up next time.
