During your Standby Phase, draw 1 card. If the card was a Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster, you can Special Summon it in Defense Postion. Increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each Machine-Type monster you control. When this card is destroyed by a Spell or Trap Card´s effect, you can add 1 "Machinery Upgrade" from your Deck to your hand. (your Deck is then shuffled). Too lazy to bold. Pic is cool, asis the coloring effect on the card. Anyway, technically not a Normal summon, but Special Summon, since Normal Requires nothing more than the ordinary. Effect is interesting, and pretty creative nontherless. Pretty nice job.
~NOiSE~
A few OCG errors that Dark Link mostly corrected, the only thing I would add is that the "your Deck is then shuffled" is not absolutely necessary, since it's an official rule that your Deck must be shuffled after Deck searching or adding cards in the hand or Graveyard back into it. Altogether, I like this card very much. I have an affinity for machines, and I run and Ancient Gear/Machina Deck, so I like~
