You can only activate this cards when all monsters you control are LIGHT monsters. Once per turn during your End Phase, you can pay 400 Life Points to destroy all DARK monsters on the field. During each of your Standby Phases you must send the top 3 cards of your deck to the Graveyard. If you can not, destroy this card.
Consecrated Light > The Eye of Light

Consecrated Light is a Skill Drain + SoRL + Field Control against DARK all on it's own w/o LP payment. Granted it doesn't destroy them but it makes them utterly useless and it's much less likely to be negated than this card.

This card requires 800 LP pay and 3 card mill and you can only control LIGHT monster. Less flexable and less runnable than Consecrated Light.

this card is not useful unless your facing someone with only dark attribute monsters.

Ever heard of DNA Transplant?Even without, most AoJ are useless unless your against LIGHT monsters or Worms or Flip Decks =/

Lewis has a point in that, although the card would work if people started running Attribute-specific Decks (Don't quite see it happening though).

Also, DNA Transplant effects all monsters on the field meaning one of 3 things could happen:
1. Eye of Light wouldn't work. I'm not too sure about this one I'm afraid.
2. You could pay the LP but risk your own cards. This is probably the most situational.
3. Just don't use it. Would be a waste of a Spell/Trap zone though.

Regardless, it is a good looking card, no major OCG issues and a quite 'traditional' feel about it. I know that I like that.
8/10
