Wouldn't Wanghu killing Dyna be a potential problem? (I went and asked in Q&A what happens with both Wanghu and Future Visions out)
point is having wanghu and Future Visions might be over doing it, as your opponent will just set s*** anyway... actually why is Future Visions here anyway?
-3 Future Visions
+3 Dimensional Fissure

Light of Intervention prevents my opponent from setting to dodge. Wouldn't D-Fissure contradict Necrovalley?

... have you tested this yet? anyway yes, D-Fissure would. which is why:
-2 Necrovalley
-2 Terraforming
+2 BTH
+1 Mirror Force
+1 Solemn Judgment

I haven't tested.

@Mr. Woof Woof: Sure.

Apparently, if I have both Wanghu and Visions out, I can choose to simply spare Pachy if it was added to the deck.

In any case, your new wave of suggestions result in:

No (40)

Monsters (16)

3x Beast King Barbaros
3x Cyber Dragon
1x Effect Veiler
3x King Tiger Wanghu
2x Malefic Stardust Dragon
1x Neo-Spacian Grand Mole
3x Thunder King Rai-Oh

Spells (18)

1x Cold Wave
1x Dark Hole
3x Future Visions
1x Giant Trunade
2x Gold Sarcophagus
1x Monster Reborn
2x Mystical Space Typhoon
2x Necrovalley
3x Pot of Duality
2x Terraforming

Traps (6)

3x Light of Intervention
1x Royal Oppression
2x Skill Drain

Extra Deck (15)

3x Chimeratech Fortress Dragon
2x Stardust Dragon
10x Generic

Though, honestly, I think Wanghu just seems a bit underwhelming without the presence of Burden... Though I suppose it kills most important cards that way.

I was under the impression that wanghu only works on original attack
This is how Wanghu works:

It operates by current ATK, but only at the instant of the summon itself. Due to this, Black Garden makes Wanghu miss the timing unless something's blocking Special Summons to stop the token from coming out. Also, this stops interference from Shrink. However, Continuous Effects will allow Wanghu to work fine. Due to this, Burden works with Wanghu.

me sees, well then
-2 Necrovalley
+2 Burden

-1 Grandmole
+1 Banisher of the Radiance

that should take care of your graveyard control...

Banisher seems a bit iffy... I'd rather leave in a Necrovalley since it doesn't cost me a summon and can be searched by one of my Terraforming and acts as a 4th Field spell for Malefic Stardust...

Edited first post.

In any case, I should note that I need more than 1 anti-Special Summon card in here. Special Summons are too major to let slide like that.

Looks good.Maybe some tuners? idk.
effect veiler is a spirit monster
I lol'd.

In any case... my only problem is that I lack Special Summon stopping aside from Royal Oppression. Otherwise, the build LOOKS fine (still have yet to test).

What's SW?

Also, I'm sure that people will just start burning their MSTs ad such in order to stop me from locking them, so Skill Drain is perfectly safe as long as I'm smart about it. Note that Wanghu, Malefic Stardust, and Rai-Oh all get held up somehow by Skill Drain (although Malefic Stardust somewhat benefits from it and Rai-Oh dodges with one of its effects but not the other).

Haven't tried Warnings in here...

In any case, perhaps the CyDras, or even just one of them, for room? Or the Dualities? Honestly, I don't like Duality, if only because it's ridiculously expensive and a bad version of Master Ball or Pokédex HANDY910is...

KILL THE BLASPHEMER!

well anyway it isn't something I like in 3s, perhaps
-1 Duality
-1 Cydra
+2 SW

Makes sense. if anything, the card I want to search with Duality would be SW anyway, atleast it lets you to special summon... and not get cloggy if you have 2 in your hand.

I actually have a point here. look at the two cards I linked. Both are uncommons, better than Duality, and considered total garbage. Yet Duality costs a hefty $140 USD per copy.

In any case, changes made.

it won't stay $140 for long. next format it's limited or something, then reprinted in a Gold Series, then put in a tin for $5. I hate to see what Pokemon is like if such a card is considered crap O_O
