After some time out of Pop Culture section, I'm back!^^ I've saw a lot of Chibi cards around here, but they were just effect monsters, so I did a Set focusing on the Chibi monsters, that I will treat as Toon and they need Toon World face-up on the field, like the real ones I also focused their effects to active when they attack the opponent's Life Points directly ^^ Please, point any OCG error and suggestions are always accepted, too! ^^ Now let's to most important part of this topic the cards!!
