If you do, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. When this card iinflicts battle damage to your opponent, your opponent randomly discards one card from their hand. When this card is discarded by the effect of a "Static" monster, you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field. If this card was sent to the Graveyard for a Synchro Summon of a "Static" Synchro Monster, you can discard 1 Thunder-type monster except "Static Boy" to add this card to your hand. Too weak, maybe? Cost = 3 cards. effect = Any monster. Fixed. Card C is good. Good news, I'm noticing an upwards trend. Card D good. Card E is pretty good. You keep the monster you control so thats OP and you can use this once per turn... Yes it's situational, but Catastor is a popular run along with gadgets. Card 3 rather run Watt monsters. This card requires a discard which UP it compared to Watt. Card 4 decent but I could just run Mist Valley Baby Roc. Card 5 Final card is decent. Far to often the cards we target to destroy are triggered which becomes quite annoying. I think this is my favorite and the most runable out of the cards I've seen. Not all Watts have direct attack AND the ability to discard a card from your opponent. I wave not read Recycle Batterey, but i supose by recycle you mean from the grave. RotA is deck thinning which is what this game is going for right now with all the draw cards and searchers. I rest my case with RotA use. I'll probably add more Thuder discard abuse. And Static Boy is a reuable tuner that doesn't remove itself or stop using it's effect after one use like Plaguespreader and Grow-Up Bulb, but this is type specific, so not helping my case much, but otherwise it would be too abused. ANd if it could discard itself you got a loop so you have endless tuners (ex:boy discarded for different boy, summoned, used to synchro, discard another boy, add it back to your hand and special the other, continue the above) EDIT:Added Static Dragon. But my review of Static Dragon: There, that makes Static Boy much more playable. You can abuse Static Dragon [b]WITH[/b] Static Dragon. Static Dragon is only returned during the [b]End Phase[/b] so thats good. Otherwise, it would have been OP. If Static Dragon were in DEF and you had another Static Dragon in your hand, it could be like a continuous Scrap-Iron Scarecrow.
