Actually, you can't, because infernities require an empty hand, and once you have an empty hand, this card is destroyed and you're forced to draw 2 cards.

Dark World monsters, however...

There are some grammar and spelling mistakes in your card, just pointing that out. Also, yeah, Dark World would love this card, and I would definitely add this to a Dark World deck. This card could be majorly abused. Anyway, here's my version of OCG:

Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to increase your Life Points by 500. When you have no cards in your hand, you can destroy this card to draw 2 cards.

Now your version also makes infernity cards go crazy. I think that the first version forcing you to destroy and draw was a little better.
