If Mokou could use FIRE monsters from the Grave to destroy stuff, she'd be broken in Flamvells

i know vampires are usually zombies, but i just couldn't see remi as a zombie. maybe a fiend, but definitely not a zombie

hey, she's rumored to be the strongest, but it seems like there really isn't a "Strongest" in touhou... i mean yeah Shinki and Sariel are probably like up there, but yukari, yuka, mima, and eirin are close up there too
but i'm still going with yuka being the strongest youkai, not yukari ( =w=)b
but if you think about it, shinki, sariel, mima, and eirin aren't youkais, Shinki is a god, sorta, same with sariel, mima is a demon spirit/spell caster, and Eirin is a lunarian... so when people say yuka or yukari is the strongest youkai, it doesn't necessarily mean that they are the #1 Strongest in Gensokyo....
so... complicated........

but ya know, if you think about it, Reimu is probably the strongest in Touhou lol xD

i use pixiv and photobucket, i use photobucket the most because my "friend's" account has most of the spellcard images of the chars

danbooru is alright, but they just have so many pics that aren't really good for cards also so it isn't really that good..

check this one out, it has nice pics, i use the pics on here so only use this if you don't mind having the same pics on the cards as me lol since i use at least 60-80% of the pics on here for my cards

I saw Yuka, Yukari, Yuyuko, EX Rumia (I don't care if she's not canon), and Flandre are top tier. After that would come Kanako, Suwako, Eirin, Suika, Yuugi, Shinki, Mima, Byakuren, and maybe Utsuho and Remilia. I don't know for sure where to put EX Keine, but I'd assume she's very high up. Koishi and Satori are both pretty hax too, so it's hard to rank them. I'd imagine Satori could beat almost anyone if she saw all their moves coming. She just wasn't trying very hard in SA. And Koishi could probably disable you by f***ing with your subconscious.

I highly doubt Sariel is very strong, since Reimu beat her as a child before spellcard rules existed. I don't doubt that Reimu is powerful, but she's not top tier. She wins because she's the main character, and because she uses spellcard rules. If it were an actual fight without spellcard rules, she'd lose against most of the people I listed above.

Flandre is pretty high up there probably along with koishi

if EX Rumia was official, she would be very high up there lol her darkness isn't any kind of darkness, it's neither dark nor light, it's nothingness

suwako, idk really where to list her... she did get beaten by kanako who i would say isn't very strong compared to the other last bosses (but her last spellcard was ridiculously hard in MoF lol)

totally forgot about yuugi and suika, they ARE one of the four devas of the mountain after all lol

yukari's power is pretty hax, controlling borders... borders of anything... she can control borders of strength and weakness for example...

yuyuko's ability is really hax too lol, controlling death... but how would she do against mokou or kaguya? lol

Shinki is basically the god of creation so i don't even know where she goes lol

i think mima and yuka are pretty even... but idk, might just be that Japanese people like to put them on the same scale

and yeah satori wasn't trying because she probably wanted you to fix the problem lol and by problem i mean okuu, if she wasn't so dumb she would probably be a lot stronger

idk, if you think about it, a lot of the last boss/ex boss in touhou has Hax ability... but it doesn't really matter because the Spellcard rule is there lol

btw Byakuren is a poser, jklolz xD
also i don't think Remilia is very strong among those chars you listed
if you think about it, Sakuya's Ability could probably stand a good chance against most of the chars listed lol
