To make a card, just go to the card maker, put in the name, stats, etc. When you get to the upload your picture part, just make another tab, go on a picture sharing site, (like photobucket or devientart) click on the picture you want, when you get to the close-up, right click the pic and click save picture as. Then finish the stats, put in the effect, and click generate. You will then see the card. Click on it. You will then see a code. Copy it. Then go to a section, (pop culture for this one) click make a new thread, title it, paste the card in the description, post it, and you're done! Hope that helped!
