I love the picture and the name (the white outline goes really well with the picture).
Hardly any OCG errors.
very balanced however, creative effect.
However, the effect isn't very useful IMO....

The card easily avoids Stardust Dragon like effects seeing it sends and not discards. Sending a monster to your opponent's Graveyard can really be helpful to you, or your opponent, depending on the Deck there running and the monster being sent. If your opponent does anything that removes the monster from the Graveyard, you get to return this monster back onto the field in Defense Position, which can be used as fodder or for using it's effect once again. You can also trigger this effect through your own cards such as D.D Crow. Somewhat original, but sorta bland in my opinon.

[b]Usefulness / Balance:[/b]
Usefulness is questionable here. One thing is the Level and Stats. 2100 / 1400 is somewhat poor. Even Ancient Fairy Dragon's stats outclasses it. If you would make Summoning it in Defense Position a drawback, I'd at least boost up the ATK to 2400 or so. It's even somewhat better that you have the choice when to send it to the Graveyard, not right when an Effect Monster is Summoned. However, like I said before, this can still be beneficial for your opponent. To add a bit of originality to it, maybe both monsters should be returned to the Deck or to the removed from play zone? Just a though. I'd guess this card is balanced, but for some reason, it feels a bit underpowered to me.
