When this card is Normal Summoned, you can return 1 card in your hand to the top of your Deck to switch this card to Defense Position. One time only, while this card is in face-up Defense Position, when this card is selected as an attack target, you can remove the top card of your Deck from play to send the attacking monster to the top of your opponent's Deck.

^^^^i feel that the cost isn't really necessary, since its 1 time only. lowers the usability a lot.

otherwise, its an interesting card. 8/10

for basilisk, not that useful imo, if i were serious about clearing my opponent's field, i'd rather use brionac or if possible, mist wurm. i'm thinking that taking out the level restriction would make this a lot more playable. 7.5/10

Well, I usually think to myself that if I need to ask if it's overpowered, then it probably is. I just like to be safe with my effects, seeing as i'd rather not be flamed.
