RedRuler
I originally started this thread in th Any Other Cards Forum, but as anybody commented i locked it. I made some cards from the Tech Genus archetype and i wanted to show them.If you don't know what are the Tech Genus, they are the cards used by the Yugioh 5D's character Bruno. Here are them: [spoiler=Cards]Lore:When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, if there is a Spell or Trap Card in the same column as the destroyed monster, destroy it and inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster while face-up on the field. When a Spell/Trap Card you control targets this card as a Machine-Type monster, halve this card's original ATK. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Tech Genus PiercingSpearman WA-04" from your Deck to your hand. You cannot use it this turn. Lore:When this card is Normal Summoned, destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on the field and inflict damage to both players Life Points equal to the amount of cards destroyed by this effect x200. This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. When a Spell/Trap Card you control targets this card as a Machine-Type monster, halve this card's original ATK. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Tech Genus Demolish Beetle IN-05" from your Deck to your hand. You cannot use it this turn. Lore:When this card is Special Summoned, return 2 Spell or Trap cards on your opponent's side of the field to his/her hand. This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. When a Spell or Trap Card you control targets this card as a Machine-Type monster, halve this card's original ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed, you can add 1 "Tech Genus Sonic Eagle WB-02" from your Deck to your hand. You cannot use that card this turn. Lore:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a ''Tech Genus'' Synchro Monster, destroy a Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field. This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster except for the Synchro Summon of a "Tech Genus" monster. You can Synchro Summon during your opponent's Main Phase if you use this card as a Synchro Material Monster for that Synchro Summon. When this card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, add 1 "Tech Genus" monster from your Deck to your hand. Lore:1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersWhen this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, gain Life Points equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster. This card is also treated as a Machine-Type monster. When a Spell or Trap Card you control targets this card as a Machine-Type monster, halve this card's original ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card. That card cannot be used this turn. Lore:While this card is face-up on the field, when a Spell or Trap Card you control face-up ''Tech Genus'' monsters ATK are not halved. Each time a ''Tech Genus'' monster is added to your hand (except during the Draw Phases) you can Special Summon it. Lore:You can activate this card when a face-up ''Tech Genus'' monster you control is selected as an attack target by your opponent. Tribute the monster selected as an attack target to destroy all other cards on the field. After the resolve of this card's effect, add 1 ''Tech Genus'' monster with the same name as the tributed monster from your Deck to your hand. Lore:1 Synchro Tuner Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro MonstersOnce per turn, during your Main Phase you can discard 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to destroy 1 face-up monster and 1 Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field and inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. This card cannot attack the same turn this effect is activated. Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can remove from play this card. If this card is removed from play this way, it is returned to your side of the field during your opponent's End Phase. If this card is destroyed by battle, you can select up to 2 ''Tech Genus'' monsters from your Graveyard and Special Summon them to your side of the field. RedRuler
Thanks for the comments. Wow good cards maybe a little OP'D if used in a machine deck but really good 9/10 Yeah, about that, it is how the Tech Genuses works and i don't see how they would be OP in a Machine Deck. Armia123
A slight description if you wouldn't mind...Tech Genus Release should be "tweaked" a bit because of its effect. It's like Chaos End Dragon... o.oV although on the field. >.>VTech Genus Iron Centaur MAXX - 10000 last effect doesn't have a restriction like " except Tech Genus Iron Centaur MAXX - 10000 " or similarly to Scraps " non - Synchro Tech Genus monsters ". Basically, Tech Genus Iron Centaur returns every now and then... the only way though is by removing it but thanks to its other effect, " Once per turn, during your opponent's turn, you can remove from play this card. " no. :x But its an ok... to me that is xD BUT! Overall 9 / 10 ! Congrats! :D Keep the good work! Ehehehehe... ^^V
