I'm still not very good with making cards, especially with the ATK and DEF levels, along with the OCG and the effects, so some helpful advice would be appreciated.

This is a bit closer to OCG i think the card is simple but probably underpowered compare to http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Solar_Flare_Dragon
so idk change its effect or take off the last part of it.
