This card can only be Normal Summon by tributing 2 Level 4 Psychic-Type monster from your side of the field. When this card is successfully summoned to the field, you can activate it's effects. ● You cand discard 2 monster card from your hand to change all monster on the field to Attack Position. ● Discard all card from your hand to decrease all monster's ATK on the field to 0 except for this card. You can activate this effect during either player's turn.
