While this card is in your hand, you can reveal it and add it to your Deck during either player's Main Phase to draw 1 card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. You can Tribute this card to send up to 2 cards from your opponent's side of the field to the Graveyard. You can remove from play 2 LIGHT monsters from your hand to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.[/i][/center] Opinions, suggestions, critics are welcomed. I am thinking about limiting its reviving effect by allowing it only once per duel.
Buttercup
Valhalla exists. This revivable derplusone is not needed now that we've got Master Hyperion on the way. I have no suggestions. I just really wouldn't want to see this printed, no offense. 4/10 OP
Hunduel
Read its effect: this card cannot be Special Summoned. So it cannot be used with Valhalla.
Buttercup
Ok, soz. Now it's unplayable. Was this supposed to be some kind of Lightsworn support thing?
Hunduel
The "this card cannot be Special Summoned" is not a "lie", but it can be Spec. Summoned by its effect. In LS, I think this card could be useable. Maybe making it LV8 would make it more useable...?
Buttercup
Why did you quote "lie"? No. Lightsworn need consistency. Giving them another dead draw is a bad idea. No, Trade-In is a terrible card.
Hunduel
If you draw it (in LS), you can add it back to the Deck to draw another card. Every time you draw it, just add it back to your Deck then you can mill it always (so it's not a dead hand). Trade-In as a terrible card?! Omg... Fail. In a good Deck it's just the Best Draw-Engine. In Dragon Deck it's just a staple, but it can also used in plants (Tytannial & Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis), and it can be used in LS with this & JD (and especially if you combine the Deck with Plants). Buttercup
....................... WHY DO I MISS THESE THINGS You're still RFPing Lightsworn monsters for this. You know, LS monsters that you need for your herpderpbossmonster. Most Hopeless variants don't run the Trade-In Draw engine now, DebrisHime doesn't need it and the only good LS build that ran it used Kristya, back when Lightsworn were consistent because it leads to lots of dead draws.
