OCG Fix:
During battle between this card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. During battle between this card and an Attack Position monster, reduce the attack target's ATK by the difference of the two monster's ATK.

That sounds a little better to me, and the rest of the card is good.

Well there is no error, except a grammatical error in where a space is needed after a the period is used, and "Position" in the second Attack Position used needs to be capitalized.
Not really broken, kinda balanced actually, but can easily knock down a monster's ATK if there ATK is lower than Haku's, but it can also serve as a defensive tactic when this card is in Defense Position.

i like it and would use it ina deck but im not sure about it being a fairy not many power up cards help with fire atribute fairies i'd make it a warrior or pyro.
