Dark Armor
I try not to make it to OP'ed or UP'ed.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except when 4 or more monsters on the field is destroyed (This card can be Summoned from your hand or deck). When more than 1 monster on your side of the field would be destroyed, select 1 of the monsters, the selected monster would not be destroyed. When this card inflicts damage to your Opponents Life Points, draw 1 card. During your End Phase, if you have 7 or more cards on your hand destroy this card.

Pic by HP Doom. ♠>:Stick-Man:<♠
It's great and seems balanced to me, just a little bit, but over all 10'. Great job.
snowyash
Ok, on first looks it is a good card, but there are a few things I've found to comment on. Right, first of all, for the Summoning condition, I assume that it's if they're destroyed in 1 turn, but you may want to add that in, because it could be interpreted as over the course of the Duel, making it ridiculously easy to summon. Also, I'm not sure on the reasoning for the draw consequence you added in. It is generally very easy to keep your hand size in control and a good duelist would probably (given the chance) keep it around for a while. Finally, you might want to put a limit on what cards are protected by its second effect, as you're almost making it invincible. Pic is great, kudos to HP Doom and you for using it. OCG, no problems as far as I can see. Stats, seem fine to me. I really think the effects could do with some work. The effect of a card is probably the most important thing, and I found at least one big problem, and two mid-to-sizeable problems. So, unfortunately, I rate it at 4/10. A couple of changes and it could be a 9 or 10.

Special Summon from your hand or deck. select 1 monster on the fieldabove average, so 7/
Dark Armor
@Shiny Azelf Fan 333 that OCG is wrong. @SKizophrenIK117 Your rite, it can be easyly summoned, for eg your opponent activates Lightning Vortex you have 4-5 monster on your side of the field, and there its summoned as for the draw effect, i thought 5 would be to UP'ed but now come to think of it its not so UP'ed, but thanx for comments.
