It's almost an equivalent of having two Normal Summons per turn, plus the benefits of various time-specific supports.
I think that alone makes it formidable.
I like the power boost effect, situational though it may be and the cost helps balance the card. Which is always good. I think the easy summon would probably see it a little OP'd, but on the whole I like it.

Pic is ok, not the greatest but fit for purpose certainly.
OCG, OK I'm not too sure myself (never have been) but would "monsters" need changing? (E.g. Monsters/Monster Cards) Just correct me if I'm wrong.
Stats are quite balanced, especially in corellation with ATK boosts, almost always keeps in check.

It's an 7 or 8/10 from me, mainly because I think the summon effect is just a bit astray.

TY. Monster is correct. Monster Card is older OCG but its still used, however, it's just for more specifity.
