Lore:
You can set this card without Tributes. You can return 1 card from your hand to the top of your Deck to flip this card face-down. When this card is flipped face-up, send the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If this card is flipped face-up after being flipped face-down by its own effect, you can send the top 4 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard and destroy 1 card on the field instead.

OCG / Common Sense:
OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever. The name I'm iffy about though, seeing that I see no chains.

Effect / Originality:
Mill, one of the very few tactics that still see play. Lets see if this card can change that. Setting this card with no Tributes seeing it's a Level 5 with 2000 for both stats seems nice with no cost at all. It can mill 2 every time it's flipped face-up, whether by a card effect or by just a normal Flip Summon, which is really nice. You can then use a Plaguespreader Zombie like cost of returning a card in your hand to the top of your Deck to return this back face-down. Best part is, if you flip this back up after doing so, you can choose rather then milling 2 to mill 4 and pop a card on the field, which can be beneficial for you either way, depending on the card popped. Quite original. Reminds me of Empty Jar I believe the Deck name was. Original concept.

Usefulness / Balance:
However, the card has potential to be overpowering in the right Deck. Even with the poor-like stats for a Level 6, seeing you can Set it with no Tributes makes it very easy to get the beginning of major milling start. I'd add some sort of cost in order to Set this card with no Tributes. I don't have any suggestions for now, but all I know that it might need some sort of cost. Maybe lower the DEF stat to perhaps 1800? Seeing that the monsters main purpose is to be in Defense Position, giving it decent stats just make it slightly more overpowering. Give it an ATK stat of 0, that won't make any difference to be honest. Otherwise, it can work in some Deck variants and possibly a Deck of it's own.

Ratings:
OCG / Common Sense: 2/2
Effect / Originality: 3.9/4
Usefulness / Balance: 3.7/4
Overall: 9.6/10

same here but give me a sec

ok i read the card about 5 times now im ready for a reveiw

First off im confused by this
"If this card is flipped face-up after being flipped face-down by its own effect, you can send the top 4 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard and destroy 1 card on the field instead."
Why is the bold word even there????

Anyway cool card, really cool i really like the set without tribute part, maybe to balance it out a bit reduce this monster def to about 1600.
This definatly would be a must in all mill decks lol this card would eat away at anyone's deck thats six card every two turn wow
Math:
6(cards)/2(turns)=3cards/per turn)
45(average deck size)/3(cards/per turn)=15(turns till deck out)
No other card can do that nice
9/10 cause i dont get the last part???

This states that instead of normally milling 2 with this effect, you can instead mill 4 and destroy a card on the field.

This card would go great in combination with that Trap or Spell card, I dont remember the name, but it looked like a register with a big mouth (it appeared on Yu-Gi-Oh GX, where Judai fights Sartorius' lawyer).

Anyway, great card pal! 9/10 (-1 is for unrelated pic and name. Changing the latter makes a 10/10 lol)
