It seems quite good, you've just got to really use it on your turn to do some pwning.

Would be great if you know your opponent's Deck / can guess their theme.

Dark Armed Dragon / Machina Fortress.

The effect is something I've never seen before, it looks good, but a remove from play! Direct from their Deck, harsh XD Possibly only add 1 and remove it OR send up to 3 to the Graveyard.

The effect is perfectly fine. See; [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Prohibition"]Prohibition[/url]. Could make for an interesting deck destruction card, and people could side it for that purpose. However, they would be more inclined to side "Prohibition" if they weren't running deck destruction or similar.

Also it's a Mouse Riding a book so that's an instant win.

???No need to get your panties in a bunch I wasn't having a go at your comment just saying it was my opinion it was fine... Then I was suggesting if it was to get toned down an effect similar to prohibition or a deck destruction related effect might suite the card. Re-reading what I wrote I can see how easily it could get misread.

EDIT:
Why I think it's fine the way it is;
*It's a flip effect and there are plenty of cards that make flip effects less useful (too slow) in the current format/nowadays.
*Your opponent gets all the cards in their hand for a turn, so you need to be careful to choose something they couldn't use or else there could be serious repercussions.
*Your opponent can use those cards as a discard cost for the following turn.
*Only the cards in added from your deck are removed, so if you already had the card in your hand it should stay in your hand.
*I get tired of seeing the same decks run by everyone. This card would encourages more diverse decks, discourage OTK's and bring a bit more pace back to Yugioh.

I could see the card potentially getting limited/semi-limited but not outright banned. I think it would make a positive contribution to the game, and that's what really matters.

I'm not saying there aren't any flip effect cards worth using, or even that they are useless. But I use to play back in the old starting days and I can tell you they don't hold up as well as they use to.

Yes I understood this, but for a lot of cards that barely matters. If for example you played this and declared "Judgment Dragon" against a Lightsworn deck it can still potentially get a field clean and 6000 of your life points/the game (assuming they are running two) if you don't play it early enough.

I know, they get +1 to +3 for a turn. Then the card is removed from play.

I play RFG, and yes that is the 1 thing it promotes. Even then though you can declare any of; Macro-Cosmos, Dimension Fissure, Soul Absorption, Gold Sarcophagus (to stop the Necroface combo early game), etc., if you were running against a RFG deck so unless you tailored your deck specifically against this card you would almost always have something worth targeting. Looking at the OTK decks out there I don't think you can dispute that this card would be a great side deck option (I would probably be tempted to run it in 3 for my side deck).

The card is powerful. I could see a nice deck built around it being able to Lockdown and Deck Destruction very efficiently. There is a point were it stops being able to reduce the usefulness of your opponent's deck and becomes a straight out Lockdown/Deck Destruction.

See the opinion part :). As in you don't need to agree with me, what I am saying is just my opinion. I'm always happy to back it up though, so thanks for being so interested with what I had to say. ;)

This card honestly could have a space in empty jar.

This card goes off in your opponents turn most often, so they only have Main Phase 2 to cause chaos, meaning that can't attack with JD and stuff, though they can still blow up your field.
