This card Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Fiend-Type monsters from your Graveyard. While this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent can only select this monster as an attack target. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster on the field. The selected monster cannot change its battle position or declare an attack. If a monster that was targeted by this cards effect is used as a Tribute to Summon a monster, the controller of the selected monster takes 1000 points of damage. During the End Phase of a turn that you used this card's effect, pay 500 Life Points. If you do not, return this card to the owner's Deck. The Deck is then shuffled.

Effect / Originality:
Oh look a nomi. This card reminds me of Chaos Sorcerer, but instead of removing from play a LIGHT and DARK from your Graveyard, it's just 2 Fiend-Type monsters. Forcing your opponent to attack this card or be your opponent's only choice as an attack target really can be a +1 or -1, depending if you have a bigger monster on the field, because stat wise, it's somewhat easy to run over 2400 nowadays if you don't have the right protection. This card can immobilize a monster from doing anything except activating it's card effect, but at times, can be the only thing a monster would do. There is a slight twist though, when your opponent uses it for a Tribute for any sort of Summon, the owner of that monster takes a decent 1000 points of Damage. However, there is a cost of 500 Life Points, and if you choose not to pay such a small price, this card is returned to the Deck. Effect seems somewhat random.

Usefulness / Balance:
Seems a tad bit overpowering, but at the same time, the stats can change that quite easily. The card itself can work in it's own Deck, but not in any other Decks to be quite honest. The cost of 500 Life Points seems a bit small, but over a few turns, can really build up to making you lose more then 2000 Life Points. If it can stay on the field long enough that is. I don't know why, but I just feel like this card wouldn't affect the Meta that much, and would just be one of those 'meh' cards when you pull it out of a pack.

Ratings:
OCG / Common Sense: 1/2
Effect / Originality: 2.5/4
Usefulness / Balance: 2.2/4
Overall: 5.7/10

hmm in light of wat he just said why dont you remove the cost altogether and give it approiate attack for a 7star monster 2800 sounds good oh and take out the only attack this monster and then you have a less op'ed card that way splashable too then i'd give it at least an 8\10 and I'm sure anbu would agree that it would be a better card not bad for your first post :P

Certainly not so bad for a first post. Even though I have seen better, from new members that is.

I don't care about the Letter Grades when it comes to rating to be quite honest with you. They mean nothing. It's all about the actual rate and the flow of the card. I think a card that is a 6 would be a success, a decent card if you will, but still needs some fixing here and there to make it more original, more usable, and whatnot as well. It all matters if you tried your best. The only members that get 8/10 and higher from me are most likely the Level 5's and higher, and some Level 4's. Level 3's and under most likely get 7 and below, and only so few of those members would get a 8 and higher from me.

it's op, because fiends are very easy to add into any deck (big eye, snipe hunter, etc.)
6.5/10 though.

I disagree with that statement even though you gave her a decent rate.
Mainly because very few Decks run Fiends as either a great tech or just for main purposes. Snipe Hunter only does some good in other Fiend-Type based Decks shut as Fabled Decks (maybe) and only a few other Decks. And Big Eye isn't used at all. Only very few Fiends are splashed into current Meta Decks, and by few, I mean very very few.
