Add the ones with an effect having to do with Spell Counters to your Hand, and send the rest to the Graveyard. Then shuffle your Deck. When this card is destroyed, Special Summon 1 "Magician's Assistant Token" (Spellcaster-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 100).[/spoiler]

cool card, great idea, unfortunately broken

in a spell counter deck this card would single handedly ruin any odds of your opponents victory so....:

change the main part of the effect to something like:

Each time a Spellcaster-type monster is Normal Summoned, pick up the top 3 cards from your Deck. You may add 1 card that includes "Spell Counter" in its card description and add that card to your hand. Any remaining cards are sent to the bottom of your Deck.

Thanks for the help. I like the "bottom of the Deck" idea, and will probably change the effect to lessen the amount of cards drawn, or have some other drawback.
