ZeroLuneth Posted October 24, 2010 Report Share Posted October 24, 2010 Monsters: 17 Gravekeeper's Spy x3 Gravekeeper's Assailant x3 Gravekeeper's Descendant x3 Gravekeeper's Commandant x3 Caius the Shadow Monarch x2 Ryko, the Lightsworn Hunter x2 Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind x1 Spells: 14 Book of Moon x3 Necrovalley x3 Gravekeeper's Stele x3 Pot of Duality x3 Royal Tribute x2 Traps: 9 Solemn Warning x2 Bottomless Trap Hole x2 Rite of Spirit x2 Trap Stun x1 Mirror Force x1 Seven Tools of the Bandit x1 Deck Total: 42 Extra Deck: Generic Kinda want to take out something for a third Caius, thinking of a Gravekeeper's Stele. Also thinking about negging the Rite of Spirits for something but don't know what. Any ideas? Should I use Gravekeeper's Guard or Ryko, the Lightsworn Hunter? Please R/F. [/quote] Depends really. Do you think the Deck really needs a decent mill engine that can pop a card? or Do you think the Deck really needs a solid 1900 wall of DEF that can bounce? And isn't 17 + 14 + 9 not 42, but a solid 40? Also, Allure of Darkness? Or is Pot of Duality all you need for the Deck to have some speed? Gravekeeper's Spear Solider? Becomes a 2000 Piercer when Necrovalley's on the field. Trap Stun? Much better then Seven Tools of the Bandit. Remove Royal Oppression? Doesn't seem needed in the Deck. I've tried Spear Soldier but I keeper him sided for if I play Plants or Saber, hits a dandy token or darksoul lol. The oppression helps a lot, but I'll try it in the side deck. Trap Stun vs. Seven Tools is more of an opinion thing, I prefer Seven Tools because there's a lot of high speed traps going around, I do like the idea of it so I'll neg Oppression for Trap Stun, running 1 of each that way. Siding anti-meta-ish cards such as Oppression is a better choice then maining them in some cases. Third Caius for a Gale sounds reasonable, I've never found a use with only 1 Tuner in a Deck in most cases. Trap Stun be good.
