I think you have that just about covered, INF means infinite, and I think that 5/10 is GENEROUS with this sort of card.
2/10, this newbie has no idea what he is doing.

Alright, alright, calm down all. Let's not put the guy off this site before he's got used to it.

Now Pedro, welcome to YCM. Good to see you getting involved immediately in the cardmaking, I admire your enthusiasm. But I won't sugar coat it, it's not a fantastic card. But don't despair, there are people here who can help.

First of all, have a look at the work of other cardmakers on this site, I recommend viewing cards made by Lovely CC and Spoon. Try to see what makes their cards powerful, yet balanced at the same time.

Second of all, have a think about your cards. Ask yourself, how would I use this card in a duel? Is it fair towards my opponent for me to use at all (this is what is meant by balance)?

What I'd recommend to any new user like yourself is have a look around, study other cardmakers, ask questions, and have a play with the cardmaker. Try making some Lv4 or lower effect monsters that have funky little effects. Nothing too ambitious or ridiculously powerful, just little support monsters and spells that can be useful in various decks.

You may also be interested in using the pictures available in the Showcase section of this forum. You are welcome to use them as long as you give credit to the artists in your posts.
