Overpowered. Essentially, you could pick say, 2500ATK monster, and if your opponent has say 2/3 monsters with lower ATK, which is common in Meta, you could pretty much clear their field.

Although it does look like you lose your monsters too, you wouldn't want to use it. Any good player would Synchro Summon then use that card.
It's not over-over powered, but it is powerful.

Would be horrible if your opponent used [u]Scapegoat[/u]!

Oh and a side note, fix up on your punctuation/grammar, I found it hard to understand the first part of the effect before I mentally added a comma.

The ocg needs correcting and u spelt field wrong, I think this card wouldn't be used that often and maybe only if u were desperate but good picture (maybe a better name) 7.5/10

All cards must be in English on this site.
You can post cards in Deutsch or any other language, but you [u]MUST[/u] post the English equivalent/English lore.
Members usually do this with Japanese cards.
