Once per turn you can send 1 monster on your side of the field to the Graveyard for this to the sent to the Graveyard. Here, lemme help with OCG fixin':

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 3 monsters from your Graveyard whilst this card is in your Graveyard. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF equal to the number of Fiend-Type or DARK Attribute monsters in your Graveyard (you choose). Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster on your field to send "The Headless Horseman" to the Graveyard. Inflict damage to both players Life Points equal to the number of monsters that were removed from play to Special Summon this card x100.

I hope this is right. Very creative efect, btw. I was planning something similar for my next Set, but you beat me lol. Cool pic also. 9/10!
