These look pretty interesting. Though the Card Grammar is a little off. Try using 'This Card' instead of He or She, and on your spell and trap cards, it's clearer if you state that they can only be equipped to a specific monster or activated when that card is on the field. An example would be 'Hyoton Hyakkaso'. That looks like a good card to use for when you have Toshiro Hitsugaya on the field, especially when you see the image for the card. On that note, the effects for him and Daiguren Hyourinmaru confuse me a little. Both say they can be equipped to each other, so which would be in the spell/trap card zone?
Loving the Sajin cards-those just look awesome. Loving the Bankai card especially. Although, for your Bankai cards, try and keep them to actual card types (Like Warrior-I got the same advice when I started when I made my cards Shinigami types at first.

I like the look of these though. You got any more cards waiting in the wings out there?

I apologize, but I'd suggest working on the grammer for these cards before you post others.
For Komamura, you don't need the last effect as his Bankai already says it can't be on the field without him. Also, both cards are a little too powerful, 300 Life Points is not a very big price to destory 2 or 3 cards.

Byakuya is very weak. I'm assuming you can't normal summon or set it, and you have to discard 3 cards to special summon it. So basically, I lost 3 cards for a strong normal monster, not worth it imo.

Hyoten needs to be written more like, "Choose 3 monsters on the field. While this card remains on the field, the selected monsters cannot attack. Destroy this card during you 4th Standby Phase after activation." Not sure if this is too strong or not.

Hitsugaya's cards aren't good, they gain effects when the other is equipped to them, but there isn't any way to do so.

Yamamoto just needs to be rewrittem in easier to understand English.

All your equip cards need to have "This card can only be equipped to (insert monster here)."

Ennetsu looks more like it should be a support card for Yamamoto only, mabey an equip spell?

Jushiro just needs to be reworded.

Shunsei needs his effect to be "Once per turn" and "until the End Phase", otherwise he technically has unlimitted attack.

Itto Kaso is just bad, you run the risk of killing your own monsters, and all the guys you've made so far would die if they didn't have any kind of ATK increase.
