Soul Split

[b]I bring to the table Soul Split, hopefully a good addition to a deck focusing on Synchros and the like. Similar to Starlight Road, a player could potentially burn a Tuner in order to get something a bit stronger on the table. This would work wonders against cards such as Lightning Vortex, Torrential Tribute, and Heavy Storm, if Stardust isn't readily available. Other potential combos could be summoning a card such as Junk Synchron and bring back a Tuner from the graveyard (Assuming thats all thats available) to make use of the card. Maybe it would see real life play if it was a real card? Who knows.

[center]Lore: [i]When a Card that destroys 3 or more cards on the field is Activated, Activate this card. Remove from play 1 Tuner or Synchro Monster you control and negate that Card. You can then Special Summon 1 "Soul Token" (Fairy/LIGHT/ Level 4/ ATK: 2000 DEF: 1000). This Token cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon.

In most ways, Starlight trumps this.

If it was just 2 monsters, like Starlight Road, then it might be useful for negating clever strategies; for instance, it could negate Scrap Dragon and clever use of Icarus Attack (I.E. selecting only 1 of your opponent's cards to destroy and destroying your own. (My friends know I run Starlight Road @ 2 in my Reptilliannes and they're known to do stuff like that to avoid destroying 2 of my cards at once.)

At 3...eh, it's just not worth it. Dark Hole and Judgement Dragon are about all it's going to stop most of the time.

If you insist on making it 3, maybe make it so that it says REMOVES 3 or more cards from the field. Brionac and Mist Wurm will sadfaec, yet it will still be balanced due to its fairlysituationalness.
