This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 2 Level 4 Machine-Type Monsters on your side of the field. When this card is summoned, destroy all face-down Spell/Trap cards on the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, each time you sucessfully summon a Level 4 Machine-Type Monster, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. That's that. You probably lose the same ATK you gain, Gadgets usually have the f/ds and who really cares about slow burn these days? I just don't see it being very mentionable .-.
