Basically, this is a fish OTK deck with a few differences.
You use Star Blast to pay 1500 and summon Colcaeneth, not with symbols.This is because you have to get Colcaenath out incredibly early for the combos to be effective, or at least in testing. I'm not sure how Symbols Formula Colcaeneth would work.
The main combo in this deck is:
Star Blast, pay 1500, Normal summon Colcaenath.
Discard a card, ss Royal Swamp, Oyster Miester, Abysall Kingshark, and Fishborg Blaster.
Swamp and Kingshark make Stardust.
Fishborg and Miester make Armory Arm.
Token gets ss'd.
Discard a card, ss Blaster, Synch for Formula with token, draw a card.
Clear your mind! Tune Formula to Stardust and ss Shooting Star.
Cold Wave
Attack for 7900 on a clear field.

This is a simple combo. To have it, you need King on the field and two cards in hand, and cold wave, which is optional. You also need to have the monsters to be summoned in the deck.

I need help on whether to make it Symbols Formula King, or keep it as is. I also need a sidedeck >>. Should I add RDA and change some stuff around to make me able to Double Tune?
