First, these monsters you have to remove from play tuner monsters from your Deck or Graveyard from play equal to the amount of stars on them to summon them as a Normal Summon unless stated on the card.

Second, Your opponent can steal them by removing from play 1 + the same amount of tuner monsters you did to bring them out.

Third: You can negate the snatch if you discard 1 spell or trap card from your hand.

Fourth: You can summon them during your opponents turn and they are always treated as Tuner monsters.

 

Well. ok, they're four things that happen, but yea.
