This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card cannot be Special Summoned except while you control a face-up "Umi". Only once per duel, you can send "Umi" on your side of the field to the Graveyard to send all cards your opponent controls and in their hand to the Graveyard. Then, you can Special Summon WATER monsters from your Graveyard whose levels are combined equal to the number of cards sent by this effect.

It's OP'd, but Fusions are, but I would think these were obsolete about now. Stupid Synchros. Solid OCG, and more use of the Umi Field Spell.

wow that's a really sick card although the effect is just way too overpowered. Once you use it it's like 99% chance you would win the duel

Hmm, use this card's effect, lose this card, but also clear your opponent's field and special summon who'd levels equal their hand and field (at least, that's what I'm assuming, you didn't put the field part but you do have to "or" there with no other purpose)

I'd make it clear the entire field, then special summon monsters whose levels equal the number of your opponents cards removed. Otherwise, it's even more broken than Crystal Abundance from the Crystal Beast set.
