the majestic is the only "difficult" one there...
i can easily see an otk with shooting star dragon and this but its still a monster specific card so it balances out i guess
anyways the effect doesnt really make since unless you reword it or make it a continuous spell card

You say "when you..." on a Normal Spell Card. That means that it works like Last Will, since the effect resolved after the card is activated and sent to the Graveyard.

Also, since the last effect will trigger first, you should probably change the order they're written in.

Ok, I just scrapped my previous comment, this is actually a pretty ballanced card. Seeing as you just happen to have it when you summon (most likely) SD. And though it might become a OTK with SSD, I find it quite ok.
