Before I list my deck, here is the biggest disclaimer ever I have about $20 to $30 as a maximum budget for fixing this. $15 would be preferable. I own all of the cards here, and some splashable stuff (MST, Waboku, stuff like that), but generally, not many expensive / good cards. I don't want to spend / have the money to buy lots of Yu-Gi-Oh stuff, and I'm not playing in any non-local tournies. This doesn't need to be super competitive, but I'd like to do decently at my locals. That said, I don't mind constructive criticism, just no flaming. I know this isn't going to win against Blackwings or maybe even Machina Gadgets. Done. One, everyone plays them and quite honestly, I just don't like them, and two, they're (I think, anyways) going to get hit on the next banlist, and I don't want to have to build another deck (as I said, budget is very low).
