This card cannot be Special Summoned. If there is no Field Spell Card, destroy this card. This card cannot be selected as an Attack Target. There can only be one face-up Earthbound Immortal on the field at a time. This card can Attack your opponent directly. You take no battle damage with battles that involve this card. Destroy any card that battles with this card at the end of the turn.

a bit over powered with the it can attack directly its hard enough to kill in the first place so that gives you pretty much three turns and youve won depending on opponents life points

Technically, it's probably underpowered compared to the other Earthbound Immortal cards. I think, only you've added the Non-Special Summon stipulation to it (something the others don't have) making this even harder to summon, mainly cutting off Revival of the Immortals. Although, I like how you've added the possibily of destroying Stalls cause I imagine there's a couple of anti-Earthbound ones about. I think I'd prefer a Linewalker searcher effect instead though.

It is underpowered in comparison to the other immortals, which can be Special Summoned, and it's unique effect is worse than the others so doesn't make up for it. The destruction effect seems most likely to be useful for getting through stuff that can't be destroyed by battle for other monsters to then attack, but it would be better if it happened after the battle, rather than at the end of the turn.

Actually, looking at the card rather than the lore, there seem to be two more effects that aren't in the lore. The first, negating destruction by field spells, is useless, since I can't even think of a field spell that destroys monsters, but the second, preventing destruction by battle, means it could ram into 3000+ ATK monsters, survive, and then destroy the monster they just hit. In this case, it may be slightly OP'd, but it shouldn't be too bad since your opponent can't attack it and it's more than likely to ignore anything with less ATK than itself that might be boosted by a card effect.
