Wow good effect and not overpowered because of what you require to get it out I feel its defense is too weak though. I also think you could get a better picture and by that i mean more anime as the realistic cards are. all in all 8.5 out of 10 change the def and maybe slightly edit the effect by losing the last one so you may only atc once per turn.

Well above average but not anything super special. im sure people who use synchro cards would love this but i personally dont care for them and this isnt a card that would change my opinion of that. (Yesh im still the mad synchro hater)

Card is horrifically UP for the kind of investment needed to summon it. You could make Trishula over this.

It's powerful enough without me reducing the number of non-tuner to 2 or any number.

Effect 1: Relatable to DED. Nearly non-negatable since it sends them to the grave not destroy.
Effect 2/3: Solid strength. Only way to destroy in battle is to get a monster w/ less than 3000 ATK and have it gain ATK up to at least 3100, and even then that monster will be destroyed sooo Perfect Tyrant Dragon < Colossal Fighter.
Effect 4: Trident Dragon only whenever instead of just once.

It's reasonably well balanced. Adding or reducing anything in it's effect will either OP it or UP it =/.
