They are, mainly soul reapers.

Did you read what GladiatorBeastAleksander said?
Cards based off TV/movies or anything similar should be in Pop Culture.

EDIT: Regardless of whether they are balanced.

Yes, I did read what GladiatorBeastAleksander said.
Otherwise I would not have said that it is also Balanced cards and Finished sets.
Besides now it is to late to move anyway.
