1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card attacks, select one monster card zone on both your side of the field and your opponent's. Once per turn, you can remove from play a WATER monster from your Graveyard. If you do, your opponent can use all of their monster card zones again, and destroy one non-WATER monster on their side of the Field.
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters
Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell card, you can activate this card's effect. If you do, this card loses 500 ATK and DEF (permanently), and negate the activation of that card and destroy it.
CnC is appreciated. Thoghts?

Sadreas is definitely the more impressive and I could see him running as a trump card in a dedicated water deck. I swear I saw that pic on deviantart earlier though...

Name: Original, just maybe not the best. 7/10
Pic: As good as it is, it doesn't quite have that official-card anime look. 8/10
OCG: Same mistake twice - problem is "monster card zone" = Monster Card Zone (I think) 8/10
Stats: Nice and in-proportion. Maybe could be lower when tied in to removal effect. 9/10
Effect: You haven't actually pointed out what you do to your opponent's Zones. I'm guessing you aren't letting them summon there. If so, you've balanced it nicely by taking away the lock when you remove, but you just need to add a bit more detail. 8/10

40/50 or 8/10

Water End Dragon looks pretty overshadowed here. Sardreas is getting all the glory...

Name: Not very good, unoriginal. Looks like what KONAMI would use when they're making a random card to fill out a booster. 5/10
Pic: Ok, nothing special. 7/10
OCG: 1 problem. Spell card = Spell Card. 9/10
Stats: Fit alright. Would still seem OK after you activate it's effect (once) as well. 9/10
Effect: Nice idea, but if you were to activate it's effect more than once (could even use it up to 3 times a turn for 1500 drop) it would struggle big time. Maybe a 300 drop would help keep it competitive. 7/10

37/50 or 7.4/10

true 'dat, but some pics are on both DEviantART and photobucket.
and thank you for the thorough review :][:

also; people; if you were wondering where i got the idea for Sadreas's effect; i got it from the Yu Gi OH manga when Yugi/Atem fights Mako, and Mako uses his Leviathan to make Atem lose available monster card zones, and i thought that it was epic, so i made another sea monster card based on it :]
