That is probably wrong unless you intended to do that. I believe that the effect is supposed to only target your own monsters, and not those that your opponent controls. The current effect is slightly overpowered, as it allows you to summon ANY battle destroyed monster, regardless of owner. The current wording also does not allow for a choice in whether the destroyed monster is summoned or not. A better (and mostly OCG corrected) effect would be as follows: [i]"When a monster that you control is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the Graveyard, you may pay Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's ATK to Special Summon it to your side of the field."[/i] The effect is similar to a costlier, continuous version of Time Machine. The artwork is decent, but looks kind of flat and uninteresting. If a better "fan-art style" image were found, it would be improved. Overall: 7/10 A decent card with an effect that could break the game either way depending on how it's used.
