This card has the potential to be decent, but there are a few issues with it, mostly with presentation:

The card's name is in all lowercase. That is probably wrong unless you intended to do that.

I believe that the effect is supposed to only target your own monsters, and not those that your opponent controls. The current effect is slightly overpowered, as it allows you to summon ANY battle destroyed monster, regardless of owner. The current wording also does not allow for a choice in whether the destroyed monster is summoned or not. A better (and mostly OCG corrected) effect would be as follows:

"When a monster that you control is destroyed as a result of battle and sent to the Graveyard, you may pay Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's ATK to Special Summon it to your side of the field."

The effect is similar to a costlier, continuous version of Time Machine.

The artwork is decent, but looks kind of flat and uninteresting. If a better "fan-art style" image were found, it would be improved.

Overall: 7/10
A decent card with an effect that could break the game either way depending on how it's used.

(Also, this card might be better off posted in the Pop Culture Cards section, but I'm not sure.)

first this was my brothers account then he used it for about a week then never used it but he didnt let me use it
second damage gate is when you take battle damage so if a monster is in defense was destroyed u wouldn't be able to bring it back
also this card is continues(not sure if i spelled that right) so you can keep bringing monsters back as long as you have life points

That is horrific.

Time Machine trumps this and it's $4.
