General Grievous
I like the picture, it looks very Yu-Gi-Oh!-like. I think it's a good card, but you should reword the description effect. Do you want the card to return to your hand when it's destroyed by battle, or whenever if would be sent to the Graveyard? In those cases, you should reword it as follows: "When this card is destroyed by battle, return this card to your hand." "When this card is sent to the Graveyard, return this card to your hand instead." The last bit should be reworded and placed at the beginning of the description: "This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that it is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or flipped face-up." That is how you word Spirit Monsters (hopefully, that wording hasn't changed, though).
snowyash
Got some OCG help. This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card returns to the owner's hand during the End Phase of the turn that this card is Tribute Summoned or flipped face-up. It's up to you over the Special Summon, but most Spirit's can't be special summoned. Name: Fitting, but not overly creative. 6/10 Pic: It's a nice one, but doesn't look like Spirit monster material IMO. 6/10 OCG: Not very good. 4/10 Stats: Seem fairly well rounded. 8/10 Effect: Like the idea of it going to the hand if it's destroyed. Makes it a bit easier to use over or discard. 7/10 31/50 or 6.2/
Smesh
Do you know what a Spirit is? Because this isn't one.
