My first shot at Immortal making =D

I know it has a crappy effect, but hey, I gotta start from somewhere, dontcha think? :3 Also, the name is made-up.

There can only be 1 face-up "Earthbound Immortal" monster on the field. If there is no face-up Field Spell Card on the field, destroy this card. Your opponent cannot select this card as an attack target. This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card destroys a monster by battle your opponent controls, place 1 Venom Counter on 1 non-Reptile monster your opponent controls. The equipped monster loses 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, except by it's own effect, you regain 800 Life Points for every Venom Counter on the field.
