You shouldn't attach thumbnails, but post your cards this way:

First, this card is impossible to summon, due to the combined levels of B. Eyes and R. Eyes don't add up to 7.
Next, you forgot to list "1 Tuner + Something" before the effect. So you probably meant Fusion, witch is then is possible to summon.
