Brinolovania
Talk to Anbu of Sand. He's very good at chaos.
Anbu-of-Sand
Well to start off, the Deck itself needs lots of improvement. It has no main strategy / theme / synergy. It's just a bunch of LIGHT and DARK monsters with some other cards. Even though you have the main monsters that are needed (LIGHT and DARK monsters) to get out Chaos Sorcerer, there is no way on using those monsters themselves to stall and whatnot to guarantee you a win without Chaos Sorcerer. It makes all matters worse when you are running a highlander Deck; lot of cards only being ran at 1. 90% of the cards in the Deck is not needed. Then again, it all depends what kind of Chaos Deck do you want to run. I for one, run only Chaos based Decks, seeing Chaos Sorcerer is my favorite card. They all have a main theme. So my simple question is, what kind of Chaos Deck would you want to run? But by the looks of it, it seems best for you to run Chaos Village, seeing you already have around 2-4 of the key cards needed. Even though that doesn't seem like much, it's rather easy to get the cards you need through trading or buying them off of Ebay.
Brinolovania
DO I HAVE GOOD TIMING OR WHAT 1.cut deck to 40 cards. 2.I will now repeat what Anbu said:You need more of a theme than random Lights and Darks. One such is Lightsworn-Blackwing Chaos. Or, if you are epic, Chaos Kuriboh. And, of course, Chaos Village. 3.There are much better generic s/t's than the ones you run. Anbu-of-Sand
Out of all the Chaos Decks out there though, I'd say your best bet is to run Chaos Village, if you have a low budget that is, mainly because in my opinion it's the cheapest Chaos Deck to run....or Chaos Kuriboh. And by the looks of it, it seems like you do have a low budget. No offense. But, Chaos Village does have a few pricey cards, but nothing too too high. A few of my Chaos Decks I have posted on the website are in my Signature, feel free to look at them. Especially the one named 'Village of Witchcraft' if your looking for a Chaos Village build. But you should tweak it a bit if you are going to use it as a base.

If possible could you post a rough build of a chaos village type deck so i can see how it is structured
Brinolovania
If you do use that deck as a base (DO THAT. ANBU IS GOOD AT THIS), you'll need replacements for the Dualitys, as you won't be able to afford them. Possibilities are (Anbu, please correct me if these cards don't work in Chaos. I don't really know what I'm doing >_>): -Allure of Darkness (you'll need some draw power...) -Mystical Space Typhoon (Probably unneeded. Sometimes comes through great, though) -Mirror Force -Torrential Tribute -Bottomless Trap Hole -...I must be missing something...
thanks for the help.
All of those are pretty good suggestions for a Chaos Village build. MST is helpful, but is not needed if your running Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress & Breaker the Magical Warrior. Or just Breaker the Magical Warrior. Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress was a tech running it at 3 that is working great. And even though this is a staple, you did miss Monster Reborn. Monster Reborn works quite well in a Chaos Deck since Chaos Sorcerer is only a Semi-Nomi, so if it ever gets Torrential'd, Mirror Force, and whatnot, you can get it back onto the field as well, or use Monster Reborn on your opponent.
