Once per turn, you can select 5 Equip Spell Cards from your Deck, have your opponent pick 2 of them at random, and add them to your hand. Return the remaining cards to your Deck. Your opponent cannot select any other card(s) as a target. If this card would be destroyed while equipped with an Equip Spell Card, you can send that card to the Graveyard instead.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can select 3 Equip Spell Cards from your Deck, have your opponent pick one of them at random, and add it to your hand. Return the remaining cards to your Deck. If this card would be destroyed while equipped with an Equip Spell Card, you can send that card to the Graveyard instead. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Power Tool Dragon" from your Graveyard.

Uh...as a fan of Power Tool I can tell you this is not good.

The Assault Mode effect is just a higher-ATK version of the regular Power Tool, basically; and if his ATK was higher he wouldn't need Equip Spells!

The Majestic Dragon is somewhat useful, but the fact that you have to select 5 Spells means you'll rarely get his effect off even once, as the ruling is that if you don't have the required number of Equip Spells, you can't search any of them.

Ok, then how about: up to 5....?

Up to 5 is pointless, because people would select just the two that they wanted.

I'd say just "add 1 Equip Spell Card to your hand." Or if that's too boring, try "send 1 Equip Spell Card from either player's side of the field to the Graveyard and add 2 Equip Spell Cards from your Deck to your hand."

Just suggestions, mind you.
