When this card is Special Summoned from your hand select 1 monster card in your Graveyard. This card is treated as the selected monster. You can remove from play the selected monster to inflict damage to your opponent equal to half its ATK.

If this card is Special Summoned from your deck select 1 monster card in your Graveyard. As long as this card remains face-up on your side of the field if that card is removed from play pay 500 Life Points to place it in your Graveyard.

1 Psychic-type monster + 2 Gemini monsters
Tribute this card and Special Summon 1 Gemini monster from your hand or deck. While this card remains face-up on your side of the field your opponent cannot attack you directly.

Those three cards, you put "Gemini" as a subtype, when they are clearly not Geminis. All Geminis have this effect:

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:
● ___________________________(The effect)___________________________________

Subtypes are only a title; the effect determines what subtype it gets. Also, subtypes are mainly used to keep effects short. Compare:

(Effect of Featherizer)
When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can send 1 Gemini Monster from your Deck to the Graveyard and draw 1 card.

(Effect of Featherizer, if "Gemini" was not a subtype)
When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can draw 1 card and send 1 monster from your Deck to your Graveyard that has the following effect:
● This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect.

See how the first one keeps it short and sweet, not to mention efficient? The same rule goes for Unions, Spirits, and Toons.
