No that makes the card overpowered. Having 2 non-tuners makes a harder summon that way it's balanced.

Think about the effect it has a decent burn damage, and can blow up the field if I make it easy to summon then it's overpowered. It's incredibly easy to make a level 8 Synchro that has 1 tuner + 1 non tuner.

I like the picture added with the holo, creative, and the card itself is pretty good. But here's OCG correction to make it better

OCG Fix:

Thats about it, fix that and you get a 10'

King's OCG was perfect to start. No changes were necessary. The effect is quite balanced and could easily be seen in those heavy Dragon Decks (of which I dont know the name of) that I see people using, you know the FGD decks. Not much else to say. Already noted on balance. Oh, it's got decent power, although the Dragon tuner makes it less likely to see outside of near Dragon Specific decks but all the same it's rather well done.

I don't think the balance here would be any more precarious if it were "1 Dragon-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters" than what it currently is. Your current card seems rather underpowered. I'd agree with you if it were just "1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters", but having the Tuner need to be Dragon-Type is fair. You'd need 3 with Debris anyway, other Dragon-Type Tuners still don't get this out with much ease. All Dragon-Type Tuners thus far in the OCG and TCG would require either a Level 5+ non-Tuner, more than 2 monsters worth of material, or some form of Level modification to get this out.

All real cards have Set IDs and 1st Edition's formatting via the card maker is flawed since it's block capitals when it shouldn't be. Try Limited Edition or blank. :3

here is some pointers
-the name is really close to red nova dragon
-the effect is almost the same as black rose dragon except you have to remove this card from play.
-it has a common atk
-it has a common level
-it would be hard to get out a level 8 with two non-tuners which is good though, but that means you can add more to his effect.

I didn't suggest making the Synchro requirements generic. I just said to keep them Dragon-Type, it would still be very difficult to Summon, always requiring either 3 monsters, a Level 5+ monster, or some form of Level modification.

"Successfully" doesn't stop the effect from happening if the monster in question is BTH'd or TT'd, the only way to make a Summon "unsuccessful" is to negate it by means of Horn of Heaven, Solemn Judgment, etc. "Successfully" doesn't change whether or not one can claim priority. It's redundant which is why it's obsolete. Several Monarch erratas serve as evidence. I'll even throw in Nephythys for the hell of it. I'm sure there're plenty more examples out there too.

Even if it weren't obsolete, it doesn't preceed the way in which it was Summoned. It was Summoned successfully, not successfully Summoned, and now it's obsolete.

First perhaps it was coincidence that this was similar to BRD. To say otherwise in the fashion you did is rather rude and pretentious. You've no idea what was going through his head at the moment therefore you have no right to judge as such.

Also it's flat out rude and unconstructive to give such a low rate just because of originality. Cards don't need to be 100% original.

I believe that's correct although honestly I feel iffy about it and am unsure.

honestly, i think you could find a better pic for it. As it is now, it looks like it should be a majestic synchro monster. the effect plus the pic make it basically, as im sure has already been said, a majestic black rose dragon fused with a fire monsters burn power. Seems like it should be named Majstic Roseflare Dragon. I think it should do more than burn and blow up, and that it should be at least a level 10

Why is it that people constantly rate on looks alone =/? Theres nothing constructive about this comment. Image doesnt matter (unless it OBVIOUSLY unrealistic). No, it is not relateable to Black Rose Dragon. There are plenty of nuke cards =/ are they related to BRD? No, also why would he make this a Majestic for BRD when it looks nothing like BRD? Plants have equally powerful burn as Fire =/.

It's level is fine where it is. It's not powerful enough to warrant it a Level 10.
