Going to try a new rating system for this.

Name: WTF? I decree it be pronounced [i]Nisleh[/i]. Always thought Primevil = Primeval though. 3/5
Pic: Primevil + Light Attribut + This Pic = Not making sense. 2/5
Stats: With that sort of card, it doesn't really matter but I think ATK should be higher. 3/5
OCG: Battle Position = Position (I think anyway) 4/5
Creativity: Seems like a generic sort of card, not really an original feel to it. 6/10
Effect: Best part of the card IMO. Nice stall breaker. 8/10

lots of bright yellows = light attribute. primeval slayer just popped into my head

umm it used to be Battle Position, idk if konami changed its mind.

ill up the ATK to 37

and i was looking for a basic effect that works. so ill take the lower rate for hitting the nail on the head there

OCG: 3/5 the "battle" is no longer exist i the grammar, and "all cards" should be all monster(s)
the ATK is not bad but the DEF is too high for an easy summoned Synchro Monster and with no drawback.

ive taken into consideration your ocg corrections and DEF seggestions and tweaked it a bit.

i wanna see what other people think about the effect you suggested.

i like it but im gunna see what the rest of our fun little community thinks
