moppmoppmopp
Why discard 1 card from your hand? Why would you want your opponent to draw a card? Sure, it is some combos where this would work, but if you don't want to do combos this card is completly useless, with the 0 DEF. Anyway, I want to be nice today, so I give it a 6/10. -Griffin
It's kinda nice, and might see some play. Personally, the drawback would make me pretty hesitant unless this was a level 4. Perhaps you could boost the level by 1 or change the draw thing to adding the top card of the Graveyard (so you can use it and a time where the grab isn't such a big deal).
#1 - 0 DEF makes this better than any other number (below ~2000) #2 - Discarding is the entire point of Fableds. A great commenter would know every card in the game, or close to it, but that isn't expected from everyone. At the very least, if you expect to hold some meaning behind your posts, you should know all the archtypes and the game's pivotal cards. #3 - The opponent drawing is the downside for a self-Summoning tuner. Big Lez
even if this wouldnt be a fabled, in wich the discarding thing makes sense. (well.. i thought the discarding fabled monsters do would be the cost for activating an effect..in that case..it's just a bonus effect) The Special Summoning of a Tuner makes this card very powerful..so the drawback (opp draws card) is just fair. overall a 7/10 - since it is fairly balanced
yup i agree it really blanche card and the Fabled should be the common knowledge for all players well sadly i lack much of Scrap and Karakuri monsters yet. xD for the card i actually would give it 8.5/10 because it really balanced
