I'm sure there's an OCG error in there.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Insect-Type monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can reveal a number of Insect-Type monsters in your hand to have both players send an equal number of cards on top of their Decks to the Graveyard. If any Level 4 or lower Insect-Type monsters were sent to the Graveyard by this effect, both players can Special Summon them in face-down Defense Position. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 other Insect-Type monster you control to send a number of cards on top of your opponent's Deck equal to the Level of the Tributed monster to the Graveyard.

OCG / Common Sense:
OCG is flawless. No errors whatsoever. By the name and Attribute, it seems more like a bouncer / spinner, rather then a miller.

Effect / Originality:
It already seems quite original seeing it's an Insect Synchro, which requires non Insect-Type Tuners, which I like. It can easily make a mill engine for both players, which can most likely give both players an advantage or a disadvantage, all depending on the milled cards and how many cards you can reveal to mill. Mainly because I don't see this card doing much an effect for it's first effect if both players end up only milling 1 card. But then again, it can swarm out any milled Level 4 Insects (that most likely will come from you) in face-down Defense Position. But once again, that all depends on the Insects stats if it really can benefit. But the worm series of Needle Worm, Warm Worm, and Shield Worm came to mind when reading this. That last effect is just standard mill, but I don't think it would work for half the monsters Level, mainly because of odd numbers. Then again you can round.

Usefulness / Balance:
Too bad it isn't generic, supporting an underplayed Type is always tough seeing it makes decent / good cards see play. This card makes some nice stats of 2600, and can mill quite well. It questions me if it is underpowered or balanced, but I'd say you should make the half the Level of the Tributed Insect-Type monster to just the actual Level, because your opponent most likely will be milling 4 cards or less, seeing I don't recall a lot of Level 5+ Insects being played in Insect Decks, even though there may be a few.

Ratings:
OCG / Common Sense: 1.9/2
Effect / Originality: 4/4
Usefulness / Balance: 2.3/4
Overall: 8.2/10

Gotcha.

Those three cards were what I was thinking of when making that effect, as well.

Changed the half of the Level to just the full Level. Doom Dozer and Anteatereatingant may by two Level 5+ Insects played, but I don't think anyone would want to Tribute those with this card's effect.

You never know, Tributing those 2 Level 5's can make your opponent mill 10, which most likely will be a quarter of their Deck.

....Gawd I gotta start rating cards more often.
Heh, Doom Dozer is Level 8, I believe. And that'd be pretty harsh. ;)

Indeed, I hardly see your reviews anymore.

Level 8? That is quite harsh. Makes it a -12 to the Deck, and seeing most Decks don't run any higher than 42 cards, that would have to mill at least a quarter of the Deck, not to mention the cards they already had drawn / gotten out from the Deck through other ways.

Sadly, I'm starting to become somewhat lazy. I have the time to rate cards, but for some reason, I just, don't. All I do now is lurk around finding topics that catch my attention (like this one), and make Sets. I just finished my recent one, and going to start a new one as a Collaboration with Chillaccino (Also knowns a Klavier Gavin and Laevatein).

Yeah, but seeing as it's only once per turn, it won't be -12 right away.

And I know how you feel. I've never been much of a reviewer, but i've even started to become lazy in card creating. This is my first one in maybe a week. I'll have to get to reviewing your Magician's Set again soon.

Even though it is once per turn, with those Insects having decent stats and other cards in the TCG to protect them, I think they could last a single turn to later on be Tributed for some milling purposes.

No worries. Even though the Set is now complete, I'm just happy I got my goal of reaching a 40 Card Set with 10+ pages, and that got me 10+ Reps during the fun time of making it. I used to make Singles, but now I think I'm just going to stay with making Sets, one by one.

I never really stick to a Set. I either get too impatient or have trouble finding pictures that blend well together.

*grabs a flyswatter and prepares to kill it* Let's just hope it doesn't sting me.

It's Insect Support and a Mill Synchro, all in one package! Loving it ^_^

Great card dude. 10/10

Thank you.

No problem, and is Whirlwind Wasp friendly? Or can I kill it? Because I ain't a big insect fan.
I dunno. If I saw something like that flying at me, i'd most likely piss my pants.

I normally find pictures that work well together prior to making a Set, knowing that I'll have a decent amount of images to work with, rather than scrambling around looking for pictures in the middle of the Set. And besides, there is the Written Cards Forum for Set making, that removes the panic of a lack of images to find.

I try and do that, as well. There's also the general lack of comments I usually recieve that sort of discourages me making a Set.

You mean negative responses to a card? Or Positive Responses that go like 'Gud card 7/10'?

Negative Responses are just ways to help you improve, no matter how harsh.
Positive Responses like so are best to just see as motivation when getting lazy and whatnot.

By "lack of comments", I mean, literally zero comments, neither good or bad.

The wasp looks like it needs a title to its name. Like General or Emperor even. Good card, possibilities are there too.
Can see you had put some effort into making this.
Hmm, I may just keep the name simple. I also like using alliteration in card names, so i'll stick to it. Thanks for the comment, sir!
